about me 

Hi everyone!  My name is Belinda.  I’m 21 years old and I’m from Northern Virginia.  I currently reside in the middle of Kansas (with the nearest Disney Store being almost 3 hours away ;__;).  You can see more pictures of me here.  You can also find my main blog here.

I’ve been a Disney fan as long as I can remember, though I didn’t really realize it until I graduated high school.  I always watched the movies and collected Alice in Wonderland things, but it was never a huge thing I guess.  When I moved out of my parents’ house and joined the Air Force, my obsession quickly became clear haha.  My dorm room was covered with Disney/Alice in Wonderland stuff.  Now that my husband and I have been stationed, I even have the spare bedroom in our house as my Disney display room :)  Click here to see pictures of my collection.

My two favorite Disney movies are Alice in Wonderland and Beauty and the Beast hands down.  My favorite Disney Princess is Belle!  Some of my other favorites are The Lion King, Pocahontas, Hercules, Tarzan, Tangled, The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Hunchback of Notre Dame… I have so many favorites! My favorite villain would have to be either Maleficent (she is a certified bad ass) or Mother Gothel.

A little bit more about me - I have a husband named Steven, a one year old daughter named Melody (I hadn’t seen TLM2 before I named her :P) and a little white chihuahua named Sookie (like Sookie Stackhouse).  Disney everything is my number 1 fandom, but I have a few others.  I’m a big fan of Harry Potter (SLYTHERIN! <3), Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice and Fire, The Hunger Games, True Blood, American Horror Story, Monster High (my MH blog is ghoulmom) and Star Wars.  I love to read and my favorite genre of music is indie.  I’m half Filipino, 1/4 Dutch, and 1/4 Liberian.  Umm…anything else?  If there’s anything else you’d like to know, my ask is always open! :D

I don’t get questions about this, but I figured that I should mention I’ve only been to Disney Parks twice in my life so I don’t know too much about them.  The first time I ever went was when my family was living in Japan.  We went to Tokyo Disneyland, but I don’t remember much about it as I was only five years old.  The second time I got to go to Disney was when I was maybe 10 or 11 years old.  We went to the Animal Kingdom and all I can really remember was a beautiful parade and I was obsessed with Tigger at the time.  So unfortunately, if you have any Parks related questions, I more than likely can’t answer them :/  I hope to go to Disney World again very very soon! Then I’ll be more knowledgeable :)
